Galassia automatically provides operators with contextual information (maps, images, data, documents, contacts).

Each alarm activates a procedure – work flow with a list of activities that the operator must carry out, guiding him through the process. Upon the occurrence of each event, the operator is guided by the platform in carrying out the definitive procedure.Galassia helps operators quickly identify patrols or security personnel to be sent to the venue. A smartphone application dedicated to patrols capable of transmitting live video during actions, generating “man down” emergencies and transmitting reports.

All the actions performed and the images seen by the operators are tracked and recorded. Complex incidents involving different events and actions are managed through an “Incident Management” module.
